Refund and returns policy

30 day comfort guarantee, every market

Every Farbelle product is covered by a 30 day comfort guarantee, in every country we ship to. If your purchase does not make your days (or nights) easier, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we refund you in full.

Free return shipping

If a return is needed, it costs you nothing: we send you a prepaid return label. In most cases we do not ask for the product back at all. Used wellness devices and opened strip pouches do not need to be returned for hygiene reasons unless we specifically ask.

How to request a refund

Send an email to our support team with your order number and a short note about what did not work for you. We reply within 24 business hours with the next step. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or not working, send us a photo or a short video within 7 days of delivery. We ship a replacement immediately at our cost.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge at any time before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, the 30 day guarantee applies.
